Jack AI Customer Experience Snapshot

Captain Ben and his first mate Ryan consistently deliver outstanding fishing results, with customers catching sharks, redfish, and plenty of fish for dinner. Ben demonstrates excellent weather judgment and local knowledge, finding productive honey holes even when conditions start rough. His technical expertise shows in how quickly guests start hooking fish right from the start of trips, and families regularly return home with impressive catches and memorable photos. Ben's commitment to customer satisfaction goes beyond typical charter service - he once called guests back after storms cleared to complete a trip rather than settle for a cancellation. Ryan and Ben work as a phenomenal team, combining friendly personalities with genuine humor while maintaining focus on putting customers on fish. The convenient Gulfport Municipal Marina location and their dedication to ensuring no one goes home empty-handed has customers calling this the best charter they've ever taken.

Trip - Extended Coastal Run for Heavyweight Gulf Predators on August 9, 2025

Fun day! Our boys loved catching sharks and experiencing fishing for bigger fish. The captain kept an eye on the weather but we lucked out and had no rain just clouds which helped stay cool in August. The first mate was great. The boat was fun to ride on and the fishing fun.
